Said plainly the Helpers Paradox says that the NEED to help others, is the very thing getting in the way of your ability to help.
This brings up SO many important questions, so here are some resources to help you unpack it all.

What it is:

What it is not:
A big sales pitch. Yes, I will be making you an offer to join us at the Half Day Intensive coming up August 27th called “Helping others shouldn’t be hurting you”. However that is roughly the last 2-5 minutes. The rest is content.
A place of therapy. Therapy is extremely important, but that is not my work. If you feel you would like to speak to a therapist before trying my work, I have a few wonderful professionals to recommend.
