Stage 1: Foundations - Start here

This is the beginning of building a sustainable business. This can take anywhere from 5 months to 5 years! There is also nothing wrong with revisiting the basics when you realize that things aren’t working the way you’d like.

If you feel a lot of frustration, ups and downs, inconsistent action, and inconsistent confidence, these resources will help you create a proper foundation so that you don’t have to slide back to step 0.1 every time you have a bad day!

    1. This meditation is all about clearing judgement on those area's where you are really stuck. It connects to what it takes to be visible online, what it takes to stop feeling bad about your lack of progress, and how to celebrate more of the small wins.

Stage 3: Growth

You are at the Growth stage Once you have a clear niche, you know who your audience is and what they want most from your work, AND you are consistently BEING YOU out in the world.

Stage 2: Creation Stage

This is the stage when you have a basic niche or focus figured out. You have a basic sense of who you serve, what they want. This is also the stage of consistent action. You don’t have a full practice yet, but you are dailiy working on your business. You may be posting regularly, emailing your list regularly, or some other form of consistent Creation.

Creation, with consistency, is the basic indicator for this stage.

The true indicator of this stage is that you are consistently BEING YOU out in the world. You are not hiding. You may not do social media, make video’s, etc, but that is as a choice, not a reaction. You be you, no matter what.

    1. The assessment has 3 sections.

      • The first you may use daily, or weekly, to track and measure your improvement on each of the 8 Pillars of the Impostor Complex.

      • The second is the 4 Stages of business with an action prompt. This is ideal to use monthly or quarterly.

      • The third section is the biggie, these are your “3 Major Relationships”. This is ideal to answer when you first start in the group, and then check in every 3-6 months to see how you are doing.
