Breaks: There will be 2 x 15 minute breaks and an hour long lunch
Practice Sessions: There will be a chance to book practice sessions with other participants the following week
Optional Follow Up Sessions: There will be the possibility of a follow up evening session for questions the following Sunday if the group is in alignment.
